When you use esphera.co.uk services you trust us with your information. This Privacy Policy is updated regularly to ensure that your data is kept safe and you get every opportunity to manage the data you give us, check in on it as often as you like and be completely deleted from our records if you choose.

All information collected by us is done so for scheme membership administration reasons related to the services we believe will be relevant to your interest based on your communication history with us. All promotional material sent from us will provide customers with notice of their ability to opt-out of promotional activities.

Reporting Security Issues

The Esphera team takes security bugs seriously. We appreciate your efforts to responsibly disclose your findings and will make every effort to acknowledge your contributions.

To report a security issue, email support@esphera.co.uk and include the word “SECURITY” in the subject line.

Esphera’s IT team will send a response indicating the next steps in handling your report. After the initial reply to your report, the security team will keep you informed of the progress towards a fix and full announcement and may ask for additional information or guidance.

You can also report a website error through support@esphera.co.uk please include the URL of the page you were on with detailed description of your actions to help us reproduce the issue.
